Many of our products are manufactured outside of the EU, so it’s important to know that you can trust the products that you buy. Our suppliers have ensured us that the brands we retail comply with standards that we know our customers expect. These include: Health & Safety procedures are in place to promote safe working environment, minimising the impact on local and global environment, adhering to the legal minimum age of employment, adhering to legal minimum wage, including any overtime pay, maximum hours of work, holiday entitlement and maternity leave, no forced labour or imprisonment is to be used, employees are allowed freedom of association and collective bargaining, employees are not discriminated against

Basic Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy

These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between CP Workwear LTD and its customers.

Title or ownership in the goods supplied by CP Workwear to the customer shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

When placing an order, the customer warrants that any and all information given is accurate and correct. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability given by CP Workwear.

CP Workwear agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to CP Workwear and recorded in writing between the parties.

In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to CP Workwear in writing. CP Workwear will use its best effects to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request.

Availability information for products is listed on each individual product on www.cpworkwear.co.uk. If there is insufficient stock to fulfil the items you have ordered, CP Workwear will advise you of the shortage and you can cancel the order before personalisation, accept an alternative or wait for the product to come back into stock. 

All prices listed on www.cpworkwear.co.uk are shown excluding VAT and correct at the time of entering the information, however CP Workwear reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for no VAT, an example is safety footwear, individual purchases not for employees (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT however purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their use known to CP Workwear if subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed, unless told otherwise. 

CP Workwear also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is approved by the customer.

CP Workwear points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of CP Workwear to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.

Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.

These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between CP Workwear and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.

CP Workwear points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.

Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of CP Workwear. 

Please note that colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

Customers Own Garments

While we can accept your garments for embroidery and printing, we cannot guarantee that your supplied garments are suitable for such work. Customer Supplied Garments for Embroidery or Printing only services is available on the understanding that CP WORKWEAR does NOT accept any liability for damaged caused to the garment or time lost. CP WORKWEAR will not compensate or refund for any losses incurred due to damaged garments, time loss and costs incurred. (Including, but not limited to: damage through machine faults, incorrect designs applied, sewn through pockets, garments sewn shut, shiny marks from the heat press, incorrectly adhered transfers, oil marks on garments, etc.),

All garments must be unwashed and unworn. All packaging removed, cardboard inserts, labels, stickers, etc. must be removed from garments. Garments must be clear of debris that will affect the printing process such as dirt/cat/dog hair, etc. Please ensure there are no obstructions in the garments such as badges / zips / loose flaps as they may interfere with the printing or embroidery process.

Any embroidery, transfer or print onto your own garment is applied entirely at your own risk. While we take every care to avoid this happening, accidents do occur on occasion. Clothing supplied by us will be replaced free of charge in the event of such accidents.

CP Workwear's Production Polic

Embroidery - A high quality embroidery service with capacity to handle regular or one off orders of 1-5,000+ items. We can embroider up to 15 unique colours per design.

Print - Transfer, Vinyl and Digital aptions to handle print orders of all sizes and specifications.

Logo Set-Up - We professionally set-up your artwork to make it suitable for embroidery or print. We then send an approval sheet prior to production. Fabric samples available on request. 

Polybagging - We individually bag garments in clear, resealable polybags.

Label Removal/Addition - We manually remove any existing garment labels. We can also add printed labels if required.

Garment Supply - We can source and supply a wide range of garments from suitable brands and manufacturers.

Sample Supply - We can supply garment samples for sizing at a cost. These can be shipped out or available to look at in our showroom. Any shipped samples need to be returned at your own cost and will incur a 20% restock fee if the item is fit for resale. 

You can ship your own chosen garments into us, which we will then print or embroider.

10 working days as standard from the date of logo approval.

We will always aim to complete your order for a specific date if needed given enough notice. However if it's outside of the 7-10 working dates we can't guarentee this. 

We have accounts with all respected major industry trade suppliers. We can order garments on your behalf, or if you prefer you can order your own and ship them into us.

We provide a formal quotation for every customer enquiry - this gives your complete clarity on all costs involved before confirming your order.

CP Workwear’s Returns Policy

You may return any plain item bought from our standard range within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

We will also pay the return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty on our part.

Returns made will incur a 20% restock charge. 

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed after the stated 28 days.

In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors CP Workwear reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of CP Workwear.

CP Workwear reserve the right to attempt to repair garments or provide a replacement.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

All goods are offered subject to availability. Delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the Purchaser’s premises unless otherwise agreed.

Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non-delivery by third parties.

All shortages, damage, production errors or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of dispatch.

CP Workwear holds no responsibility for items which may be damaged or lost when customer has requested goods to be left in specific collection locations by the chosen courier e.g. Behind bin.

Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of the courier’s delivery person and signed for accordingly.

The terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.cpworkwear.co.uk website. By placing an order with CP Workwear, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. Please note - these terms and conditions can potentially change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
