We provide in house, high quality embroidery and print services available for our garments, ensuring your company or organisation will stand out from the crowd. We also offer novelty themed print and embroidery, for Hen/Stag Do's, Charity Days, Sports Team Sponsorships, Names and Slogans on our own garments or the customers garment of choice.

Embroidery

When adding a logo to your garment via embroidery, a plastic frame is placed onto the garment and a backing fabric is applied behind the garment. Occasionally, this process may leave a faded, temporay mark on the garment but is nothing that can’t be easily rubbed or washed off. We use only the best Kingstar threads which are extremely high quality and vibrant, giving excellent stitched results that really do last. In terms of suitability, embroidery tends to work the best on polo shirts, business shirts/blouses, aprons/tabards, jackets & headwear.

Print

Another application method we use is transfer printing. A sheet of vinyl is cut into the specific shape of your logo design or text, and heat sealed onto the garment using a heat press. A vinyl transfer is great for less complex designs with low colours, typically a logo with 1-2 colours would be applied with this method. Should you need multiple colours or a more complex design, we have various printing suppliers that can make your logo and text for us to print on the garments. Vinyl transfer is suitable for the majority of garments (apart from fleece, wool, garments with high levels of polyester or wadding) we recommend this process for hi-vis garments, t-Shirts and hoodies.

Dimensions

As standard, for front left hand side or right hand side logos in either embroidery or print, we set at 100mm. For rear embroidery and print, we set at 225mm. We will discuss size and placement of your logo and adjust these measurements if requested or required. If logos or text are asked to me be made bigger than these measurements, this may incur an additional charge.

Advisories

To adhere to our own quality standards, we do not reccomend embroidery on garments that have a weight under 155gsm (the reason for this is because the material is so thin it cannot hold the embroidery and therefore tends to gather) We therefore don't recommend embroidery on thin garments as it doesn't give the polished logo appearance that we pride ourselves on. Due to the same reasons, we also do not offer print on garments that are 100% Polyester or padded garments as the fabric cannot hold the print.
